Description
Find out the winemaking secrets of one of the most awarded boutique vineyards of the Maipo Valley.
The tour begins through the 100% organic vineyards, where you will learn about the importance of the terroir concept for the wines, the vineyard’s agricultural production, and the organic handling of the vineyards, all explained in a testing pit.
Later on, a walk to the production cellars to get to know the grape’s journey during harvest: the arrival and selection at the reception room, the fermentation inside the tanks, the ageing in barrels and finally, the packaging and labeling process.
Furthermore, as a novelty, you will learn about the production of natural wines in large earthen jars and foudres.
After this introduction, we will hear a technical talk takes place and receive the necessary materials to start making our own wine.Different grapevines are going to be introduced to us with the final purpose of obtaining the perfect mix.
We invite you to be a winemaker for one day!
